At Adventures In Learning Childcare Center, we prioritize clear and transparent communication throughout our enrollment process. We aim to efficiently fill available spots while ensuring families are well-informed every step of the way. Our Enrollment Process is structured with deadlines to prevent spots from being held indefinitely and to expedite the process for families.

Here’s a breakdown of our Enrollment Process:

  1. Information Requested: Families will initiate the process by submitting the Enrollment Inquiry form through MyProcare. This form securely reaches our Director and Leadership Team for review.
  2. Request Review: Our Director and Leadership Team promptly review the inquiry form, typically providing replies within three business days.
  3. Initial Engagement: Following the review, our Director or Leadership Team responds with answers to specific questions and, if feasible, arranges a tour. This communication often includes sharing our Parent Handbook and current Fee Agreement for reference.
  4. Tour: Tours are scheduled within five business days of Initial Engagement. This is an opportunity for families to familiarize themselves with our facility, ask questions, and ensure compatibility. We encourage families to bring potential children along.
  5. Confirmed Interest: After the tour, we request that prospective families confirm their continued interest in writing to move forward with enrollment. We understand families may be exploring other options, but we can only reserve spots for up to three business days without confirmation that you are ready to submit your enrollment packet(s) and make the initial payment to reserve your spot(s).
  6. Enrollment Packet: Upon receiving Confirmed Interest and confirming that enrollment aligns with our center’s values, we send out the Enrollment Packet. Families are expected to return the completed packet within five business days to secure their spot.
  7. Deposit: To secure your estimated start date the registration fee, security deposit, and any other applicable fee is due at the time of submitting your Enrollment Packet.
  8. Packet Processing: Upon receiving the completed Enrollment Packet and any applicable fees, our team begins processing. This includes verifying the completeness of forms and establishing a start date. Processing typically takes up to two weeks.
  9. Start Date: Once the Enrollment Packet is processed, newly enrolled children receive confirmation of their start date. Generally, this occurs approximately two weeks after submitting the Enrollment Packet, although expedited start dates may be accommodated under certain circumstances.
